Malindi Islamic Center for Orphans managed to organized team building workshop at Mayungu Beach, Malindi.The facilitators were; Mr Maalim Goso, Mr Ali Harre, Mr. Malau & Md. Kuthum. The school board of management also attended the event; Mr.Aziz Swaleh & Md. Najaat Ibrahim. Team Building session.

It focuses on goal setting,time management,delegation,group cohesion.The event was educational,motivational, practical and fun.

The main aim of the event was to create team trust among the teachers and workers.Its also focus on improving communication skills and how to create cooperative environment, to listen effectively and how to deal with difficult conversation.
